Senior Mechanical Supervisor Role

The successful candidate will lead mechanical construction activities during the installation and commissioning phases of the project. This key position ensures that mechanical works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.

This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical construction activities for a major infrastructure project. As a leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily site-based mechanical construction activities
  • Maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing leadership to mechanical subcontractors and teams on site
  • Collaborating closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestones

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure projects
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance, and project controls in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong technical literacy—able to read and interpret construction drawings
