Job Title: Youth Mental Health Professional
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Youth Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Rural Youth Mental Health program, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to young people aged 12-25 across various communities in Western NSW.
Your primary focus will be on developing positive relationships with young people, identifying their goals, and creating personalized plans to support their mental health recovery journey. You will also work collaboratively with community service partners, government departments, schools, health services, and other organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and contribute to a supportive team environment.
