Behavioural Support Team Leader Role

As a Behavioural Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of Behavioural Support Clinicians to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.

  • Develop and implement BSPs that meet the unique needs of each client\
  • Lead and mentor a team of Behavioural Support Clinicians to ensure high-quality service delivery\
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and support coordinators to achieve positive outcomes\
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed\
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports within required timeframes\
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice\
  • Manage a varied case load alongside leadership responsibilities\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies\\/ul\
