Job Summary
As a Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a large team of Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple states and regions. This role offers opportunities for professional development and provides a competitive salary based on experience.
- Oversee the clinical and financial performance for the Positive Behaviour Support teams in your assigned areas.
- Provide high-level leadership and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, including travel to sites as needed.
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based clinical practice aligned with NDIS guidelines and policies.
- Identify areas for improvement within the clinical team and collaborate with stakeholders to address these needs.
- Advanced practitioner status, per the NDIS Capability Framework, with relevant endorsements and portfolios.
- Tertiary qualifications in a field related to Behaviour Support.
- 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS, with operational leadership experience.
- Embody the organization's values and have a valid driver's license.
- Hold relevant registrations and provide evidence thereof.
