The Role

Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead VIC, SA and WA Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead to lead our teams of Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple states.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical and financial performance for Positive Behaviour Support teams in assigned states.
  • Provide leadership and support development of BSP supervisors, including travel to sites.
  • Identify areas for development within the clinical team and liaise internally to meet needs.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality assurance for the team.
  • Assess resources within each state and close gaps by liaising with internal team/National Clinical Lead.
  • Develop key projects for the discipline.
  • Contribute to Behaviour Support policies and procedures.
About You / Qualifications
  • Candidates must be passionate about making a positive impact.
  • They should hold Advanced practitioner status endorsed by NDIS Capability Framework with supporting portfolio.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support are required.
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience as Behaviour Support Practitioner in NDIS plus operational or clinical leadership experience.
  • Better Rehab values alignment is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable car are necessary.
  • Relevant professional registrations must also be held.
