Job Summary

">
  • Responsible for overseeing daily incoming payment instructions and prioritizing payments based on priority of instruction and flagging any issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions, interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues, and process account-related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
  • Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team, aligning team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks. Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented.
  • Have a good orientation towards operations controls and risk mitigation in accordance with company standards and market guidelines, and research and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop, review, and maintain departmental procedures while ensuring adherence to established policies and workflow.
