**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Settlements Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to bring their expertise to life and collaborate across disciplines.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage payment investigations, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

You will adopt a direct client communication approach requiring excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused attitude.

As a Settlements Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating payments and managing cases via SalesForce
  • Liaising with customers and banks to resolve payment issues
  • Managing bank platform communication and resolving delinquent investigations
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and IT change requests

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a settlements environment
  • An understanding of foreign exchange markets and terms
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong client focus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines
  • Reconciliation knowledge and experience
