Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assign daily payment instructions, prioritize payments, and flag issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions, interact with other teams to ensure timely delivery or resolution of issues.
  • Process account-related transactions per scheduled events or client direction, following established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience in Operations or Financial services.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft office products, Excel.
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills.
