IPAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Specialist to lead our team of rehabilitation professionals in the South West region of WA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes.

You will work closely with our Regional Team Leader and State Manager to improve our team's knowledge and efficiency, and contribute to the development of others. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with your ability to utilize initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes, will be essential in building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, and we are flexible to accommodate your needs. If you are a driven and energetic professional with a passion for rehabilitation and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and provide return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services
  • Work closely with the Regional Team Leader and State Manager to improve team knowledge and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of others and support the growth of our services
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Professional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW
  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
  • A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload
