Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at IPAR in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.
About the Role:- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, goal setting, and implementation of rehabilitation plans.
- Work collaboratively with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Conduct a variety of assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents.
- Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.

- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded.
