Technical Lead Role

This job involves overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive testing strategy, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

You will drive API and Microservices testing using modern automation frameworks, establish best practices for shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy
  • Drive API and Microservices testing using modern automation frameworks
  • Establish best practices for shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation
  • Oversee test environment management, including data provisioning and dependencies

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, DevOps, and senior leadership to align testing and quality assurance goals with overall transformation program objectives, roadmaps, and business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, programming languages such as Java or Python, and familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.

In this role, you will lead the adoption of test automation frameworks, implement best practices for performance, security, and non-functional testing, and utilize tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, JMeter, Cypress, or Playwright for automated testing.

You will work within an Agile/DevOps setup to drive quality across the software development lifecycle, identify gaps in existing test processes, and introduce modern testing techniques.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in test automation
  • Programming languages: Java or Python
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools
