Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned Quality Assurance expert with exceptional leadership skills. They will have extensive experience in manual and automation testing, including 7+ years of QA experience and at least 2+ years in a management role.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in databases (SQL, MongoDB), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and the software testing life cycle. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) and API/UI/performance/security testing methodologies.

We are seeking an individual who can lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, drive initiatives for performance, security, and scalability testing, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to embed quality early in the SDLC. The ideal candidate will also advocate for shift-left testing and test-driven development approaches and provide clear test reports, defect analysis, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
