Embark on a challenging role as a QA Automation Lead, where you will be responsible for spearheading the testing of finance products. Your primary objective will be to oversee all aspects of quality assurance, from test planning and execution to production verification.

In this position, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with our company's objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring that all features and changes are thoroughly tested and meet our high standards.

A key aspect of this role is the design, development, and maintenance of a cutting-edge test automation suite integrated with our CI/CD pipeline. This will enable us to adopt a seamless and continuous quality-driven approach.

You will also be responsible for tracking and managing defects, collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and software engineers to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • A strong background in automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, or Java).
  • Experience in banking, payments, or NPP projects is a must-have.
  • Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, testing methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams in testing and quality practices.
