About the Role

This position provides effective management of the intake process for the Child Youth and Family Services Team. The role holds clients until they are allocated to caseworkers or youth workers, coordinating the registration process for group work.

The Child Youth and Family Services Team delivers early intervention casework, youth work, and groupwork support services to families with children aged 0-18 and young people up to 24 in Northern Sydney. The successful candidate will work with families and young people with moderate needs and risk issues at Artarmon, Northern Beaches, and Waitara Family Centres.
