  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and rectify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.","
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote CMDB best practices and foster a culture of data governance.","
  • Provide leadership and guidance to CMDB administrators and support staff.","
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CMDB management.","

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining the ServiceNow CMDB, preferably within a large enterprise environment.","
  • In-depth knowledge of CMDB concepts, principles, and best practices.","
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and other relevant ServiceNow modules.","
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.","
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.","
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.","
