Residential Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to manage a portfolio of customers throughout the pre-construction process of building their new home.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
About the Role:
As a customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for setting clear expectations with customers, meeting with them face-to-face to complete comprehensive plan presentations, establishing a strong rapport through regular phone calls, and providing proactive solutions to allow files to progress through the pre-construction process.
You will also work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency.
