Job Title: Residential Property Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the provision of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors in the North of Tasmania.

This role involves managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, connecting services, maintaining, and cleaning properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, internal teams, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management, coupled with high-level organisational skills and interpersonal skills. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the provision of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Coordinate tenancies, furnish, connect services, maintain, and clean properties.
  • Liaise, negotiate, and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders and tenants.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Driver's Licence is desirable.
