Job Title

The Residential Property Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing the provision of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.

  • Manages and oversees the provision of all aspects of residential accommodation, including contracts, tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for all issues related to accommodation, including liaison, negotiation, and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders and tenants.

The successful candidate will require:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management.
  • Understanding and use of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and Residential Tenancies Regulations 1997.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organisational skills, including financial management, initiative, prioritisation, capacity, creativity, adaptability, and flexibility.
