Key Residential Property Management Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality accommodation services for staff, contractors, and visitors in the North of Tasmania.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and negotiate agreements.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Infrastructure Services team and support our mission to provide quality healthcare services to the community.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position involves working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. The salary range is $81,915 to $94,263 per annum (pro rata).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
