Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle and Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care and engaging residents in meaningful activities that stimulate and enrich their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and Delivering Lifestyle Activities: Plan, organize, and deliver lifestyle and social activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Providing Support with Daily Living Activities: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assisting with Meals, Ambulation, and Personal Care Requirements: Assist residents with meals, ambulation, and other personal care requirements as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Ageing Support (or equivalent) is required for this role.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Passion for Providing Person-Centred Care: A genuine passion for providing person-centred care and supporting residents to live their best lives is essential.
