About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lifestyle Enrichment Specialist to join our team.

As a Lifestyle Enrichment Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating engaging and meaningful experiences.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents through social events and group activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • An Australian driver's licence (desirable)
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with older adults and supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs
