Service Delivery Expert

The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a fluctuating pool of casual staff to ensure adequate coverage for events and functions.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high standards of service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to execute events flawlessly.
  • Serve as a strong communicator between front of house staff and the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination during service.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively address any challenges that may arise.

This role involves working 60% in office and 40% throughout service during functions.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and onboarding staff, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records and manage schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with staff, clients, and other team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in hospitality management or event coordination is highly desirable.
