Senior Valuer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Valuer to join our team of rural property specialists. This role provides researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert valuation services to private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts, fostering open communication and trust.
Requirements:
  • Affiliate membership or higher with a recognized valuers institute.
  • Registered Valuer with 2-5 years' experience post CPV qualification, possessing a solid understanding of valuation principles and methodologies.
  • A valid Australian driver's license for travel between locations.
