Drive business growth by providing expert valuation advice to clients across various sectors. As a Corporate Valuations Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead teams in conducting transaction and compliance valuations, preparing independent Expert Reports, and performing financial reporting and tax valuations.

About the Role

This role requires experience in core business valuations, managing client engagements across diverse industries, and providing transaction-focused valuation advice. You must be skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modelling, project management, and preparing client deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent consulting capabilities, client relationship skills, and relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments
  • Prepare independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms
  • Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations
  • Provide corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis
  • Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions
  • Coach and develop junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery

  • Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modelling, project management, and preparing client deliverables
  • Excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
