Corporate Valuations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Valuations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will play a critical role in providing robust valuation advice to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments.
  • Prepare independent expert reports and fairness opinions for shareholders on transaction terms.
  • Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations.
  • Provide corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis.
  • Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions.
  • Cultivate and develop junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.
