Job Title: Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within a positive behaviour support framework to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans.
  • Conduct relevant assessments and gather data for behaviour analysis to ensure the delivery of tailored and individualised services.
  • Meet customer acquisition and clinical activity targets while prioritising customer outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with NDIS participants and their communities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Selection Criteria:
  • Tertiary Allied Health Qualification - Social Work, OT, Psychology, Speech Therapy.
  • Current body registration - AHPRA, AASW.
  • NDIS Practitioner Status - Proficient or Advanced.
  • Working with children check (or willing to obtain).
  • Criminal history check.
  • Current driver's license.
