Fleet Administration Coordinator Role

The Fleet Administration Coordinator plays a vital role within the Fleet Management Department, contributing to the success of Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.

As a key team member, you will deliver exceptional customer service in relation to fleet operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for managing multiple transactional processes for fleet vehicles, financial functions, and day-to-day liaison with staff and service providers across the district.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Fleet Management Team
  • Assisting with the coordination of fleet vehicle transactions
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with staff and service providers to resolve operational challenges

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of fleet management principles and practices
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience working in high-volume environments
  • Ability to interpret and process internal and external financial information accurately
  • Proficiency in using multiple software platforms, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach
