Job Overview:The Fleet Operations Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to customers. This role involves supporting the growth of the tool list of existing customers with Hilti by following up on tool exchanges, renewals, and extensions.In addition, the Fleet Operations Specialist works with the wider team to enable the streamlining of current processes and smooth transitions where new processes are introduced.About Us:We provide leading-edge tools, technologies, software, and services for the global construction sector.
