About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Specialist to join our team in Western Sydney and surrounding areas. This full-time or part-time (4 days per week) role offers a unique chance to provide life-changing therapy to individuals with disabilities, utilising the social model of Behaviour Support.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, relevant tertiary qualification and be deemed a qualified practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing behaviour support services to participants, including assessment and intervention skills
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges
  • Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

This role offers a competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including vehicle options, laptop, phone, performance and loyalty bonuses, flexible working options and opportunities for growth.
