Warehouse Operations Manager

Seeking a seasoned warehouse professional to oversee the efficient management of hire inventory, including tables, chairs, decor, and hospitality equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely preparation and delivery for events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receiving, cleaning, inspecting, storing, and packing of hire equipment
  • Coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries and returns
  • Monitor inventory control to ensure quality and availability
  • Schedule staff and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues during event preparations or equipment returns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience (essential)
  • Forklift license (essential)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage floating staff and take initiative
