
Efficient Inventory Manager

This position plays a crucial part in ensuring our inventory processes run smoothly. As the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of all inventory, from receiving shipments to organizing the stockroom for maximum efficiency.
Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and streamline operations. You will also lead the stockroom operations, ensuring a well-organized workspace that supports a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations or inventory management, with a focus on stockroom processes. They will be passionate about organization, enjoy creating efficient systems, and be detail-oriented. The successful applicant will also be a natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the movement of all inventory, including receiving, processing, and stocking products.
- Lead the stockroom operations, ensuring a well-organized workspace that supports a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, minimizing discrepancies and streamlining operations.
- Manage stocktakes and cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Track and report on inventory performance, identifying trends and collaborating with leadership to optimize stock levels.
