Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, locating, ordering, and issuing parts efficiently, processing invoices and job cards accurately, and maintaining documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store inventory, ensuring stock is maintained within minimum and maximum levels
  • Locate, order, and issue parts efficiently
  • Process invoices and job cards accurately
  • Liaise with Managers, Supervisors, Equipment Operators, and Workshop Staff
  • Maintain documentation and records for all parts and transactions
  • Identify and minimise obsolete or slow-moving stock
  • Support general administrative functions as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a busy workshop or maintenance operation
  • Knowledge of auto and truck parts with strong technical aptitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

  • Report hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
