
Inventory Management Specialist

This critical role within the organization is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of accessories across our network and export customers.
- Coordinate inventory levels to meet customer demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze data and KPIs to inform inventory decisions and improve forecasting capabilities.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of accessories.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive proactive stock management and resolve backorders efficiently.
This role requires a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent experience in supply chain/aftersales, as well as 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory management.

RequirementsEducation: Degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent experience in supply chain/aftersales.
Experience: 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory management.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
