Capital Raising Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Capital Raising Specialist to lead our capital raising initiatives across our unlisted property investment platform. As a key member of our team, you will cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and wholesale advisory networks, driving strategic growth and investor alignment in support of our evolving property investment platform.

About the Role:
  • Provide market insights, feedback, and trend analysis to refine fundraising strategy and investor experience.
  • Maintain accurate investor records, performance tracking, and reporting to inform strategic engagement and reinvestment planning.
  • Oversee investor onboarding, due diligence processes, and compliance checks under relevant obligations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment on offering terms and investor communications.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in investment sales, commercial property or fund distribution
  • Proven success in wholesale investor capital raising or property fund distribution
  • Strong knowledge of unlisted trust structures and investor compliance requirements
  • Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship skills
