Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed due diligence on various commercial properties using financial modelling (DCF) to provide valuable research, pricing assessments, and analysis of acquisition/disposal opportunities.
  • Analyse, model, and interpret market research to identify investment trends and key drivers shaping the market.
  • Curate sales evidence, sourcing, collecting, and presenting detailed sales analyses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, property, or related field.
  • Demonstrate 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, big 4 advisory, commercial real estate, or similar roles.
  • Exhibit a proactive and self-starting mindset, taking initiative before seeking guidance.
  • Showcase strong motivation and proficiency in financial modelling.
