Investment Banking Professional

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Divestments, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), and Capital Raisings.


Your primary focus will be on working closely with senior bankers through deal stages including financial analysis, valuation modelling, due diligence, data room coordination, client presentations and information memoranda, industry research and transaction execution.


To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in investment banks, boutique firms, corporate development teams or Big 4 accounting. Strong candidates have a proven track record of financial modelling and attention to detail.
