Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and tools across the organisation.

  • To achieve this, you will be responsible for optimising and managing systems, turning data into actionable insights, supporting projects, driving automation and integration, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

  • This includes optimising and managing systems to ensure they run smoothly and securely while driving improvements. You will also structure and analyse data to provide insights that shape business strategy.

  • Additionally, you will work with teams to map processes, implement system changes, and manage risk. This involves helping to streamline workflows by setting up and managing integrations.

  • You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance our tech environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tech and systems knowledge, including experience with business systems, integrations, and automation.

  • Data and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.

  • A problem-solving mindset, including a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimising processes.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into tech solutions.

  • Project support experience, including comfort with managing small projects and supporting change initiatives.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools like Bullhorn, HubSpot, Power BI, SQL Server, or BambooHR.

  • Background in recruitment or professional services.

  • Experience improving data quality and governance.
