We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving internal efficiency and enhancing experiences for our employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, leading internal projects and fostering a positive employee experience.
- Oversee daily operations and streamline workflows for smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Handle administrative tasks and support the Senior Leadership Team.
- Identify solutions to improve operational efficiency by analyzing data and providing insights to guide business actions.
- Review HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Organize client events to build relationships and enhance industry presence.
Requirements
For this position, we are looking for a professional with:
- Proven experience in business operations or administration.
- Past experience in running HR processes (previous experience in an HR role is highly regarded).
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in streamlining processes.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service agreements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with various stakeholders.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
