As a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain client files using our proprietary document management system
- Action incoming correspondence and directions from internal and external clients
- Submit requests to relevant authorities and organizations
- Capture and record accurate data from incoming correspondence
- Enter and maintain case files and client records
- Prepare high-quality written material for key clients
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar professional services environment
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience in various IT applications and databases
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and initiative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
