Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of HOTO Manager. This critical position involves ensuring a seamless transition of assets, systems, and documentation between project phases or operational teams.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division, monitoring progress and allocating projects to ensure sufficient national resource coverage.
  • They will track and allocate projects to guarantee optimal resource utilization, engaging effectively with key stakeholders to address any issues.
  • As part of this role, they will provide support and assistance to project teams, escalating complex matters to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for resolution.
  • In addition, they will develop processes and tools for continual improvement, ensuring a consistent approach across all projects.
  • Training needs assessment and provision of training for onboarding will also be a key responsibility.
  • Feedback from project stakeholders will be actively sought and acted upon to improve service delivery.
  • Tender support services, including document preparation and resource requirement identification, will be provided by the successful candidate.
  • Technical support for national HOTO delivery will be another significant aspect of this role.
  • Maintenance of DEQMS updates will be monitored, with relevant changes communicated to internal HOTO stakeholders accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division.

  • Monitor DEQMS updates and communicate changes to internal HOTO stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are required.
  • A strong understanding of DEQMS and its application is necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
