Industry Transition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to participate in the identification and implementation of workforce solutions that meet existing industry requirements.

  • The role involves collaborating with employers, employees, and training organisations to provide leadership and support for employee transitions.
  • You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and developing tailored solutions to support their transition to new industries or roles.

About the Role: As an Industry Transition Expert, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client assessments to identify skills gaps and develop targeted transition plans
  • Collaborate with employers and training providers to secure job placements and training opportunities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to help clients achieve their transition goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the program

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or certification (e.g. human resources, education, business)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
