Job Title: Career Transition Specialist

About the Role

The role of a Career Transition Specialist is to support employees impacted by transitions away from their existing industry, enabling them to gain employment in the future. This involves collaborating with employers, employees, and training organisations to provide leadership and practical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement training opportunities to meet workforce requirements.
  • Develop and deliver tailored transition plans for employees.
  • Work closely with employers and training organisations to provide guidance and support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles.
  • Experience in career transition or a related field.
