We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Supply Chain team. This role will focus on designing and implementing training initiatives that meet business goals and enhance last-mile delivery capabilities.

The Role

  • Design and develop structured training programs tailored for last-mile delivery drivers.
  • Create engaging training resources including manuals, video tutorials, and on-road assessments.
  • Evaluate competencies post-training to confirm readiness and capability.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach delivery drivers to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Retail teams to align training with business objectives.

About You

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, ideally within logistics or transport.
  • Skilled at creating engaging training materials and assessment tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and customer service excellence.
