
Logistics Training Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Training Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.
In this role, you will design, implement and oversee training programs that enhance the skills, safety and customer service of our last-mile delivery teams.
The Job Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored for last-mile delivery drivers.
- Create engaging training resources including manuals, video tutorials and on-road assessments.
- Manage driver onboarding, ensuring new recruits are fully trained in product handling, assembly and customer service.
- Evaluate competencies post-training to confirm readiness and capability.
- Conduct regular sessions on safety, accident prevention and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor delivery performance data to identify gaps and deliver targeted training.
- Provide ongoing training in conflict resolution, problem-solving and customer service excellence.
- Lead, mentor and coach delivery drivers, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service and Retail teams to align training with business objectives.
- Report on training outcomes, driver improvements and continuous development opportunities.
- You have proven experience developing and delivering structured training programs within logistics, transport or last-mile delivery.
- You are skilled at creating engaging training materials and assessment tools.
- You have a strong understanding of safety compliance, regulatory requirements and customer service excellence.
- You are an excellent communicator able to simplify complex information and coach effectively.
- You are an experienced leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with AI-driven tools to enhance training delivery.
