Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for our last-mile delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering structured training programs within logistics or last-mile delivery.
  • Skilled at creating engaging training materials and assessment tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with AI-driven tools to enhance training delivery.
