We offer a unique opportunity for a skilled mental health professional to join our impactful SPRING program. This innovative initiative aims to provide essential support to young people aged 11-18 who are experiencing suicidal distress, self-harming behaviours, or other mental health challenges.

This dynamic part-time position involves working outside of traditional hours, including weekends, with a rotating roster across Thursday to Monday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and thrive in fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or related field. It is also essential to be able to work out of hours and on weekends.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while working closely with vulnerable youth and their networks facing barriers to support. You will also have the chance to deliver a service compassionately to individuals experiencing distress, as well as work effectively in collaboration with stakeholders.
