Job Title: Human Resources Leadership Role

As a Human Resources Leadership professional, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of human resource services, advisory functions, and operations across various areas.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage a high-performing team and ensure the efficient organization and operation of the HR Business Partnership and Advisory team.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in critical thinking within complex systems, including performance management, workplace conflict, employee grievances, leader education, implementation of HR policy and procedures, recruitment, work health safety, workforce planning and reporting, and industrial and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policy and procedures to support leadership accountabilities and decision making.
  • Manage a high-performing team to deliver services via a business partnership model.
  • Build team member skills and capabilities through training, development, and coaching activities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams across the HR Division to broker and develop solutions.
  • Lead the delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects to enhance people experience and improve systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in leading HR Business Partnership and Advice teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking and problem-solving within complex systems.
  • Application of expert knowledge regarding relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proven experience handling complex and sensitive matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
