Director of Global Payroll Sales

About the RoleWe're seeking a Director of Global Payroll Sales to lead our team in APAC. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop and execute strategies to grow and scale our sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in APAC
- Leading and managing a team of sales managers and account executives
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Driving sales performance through pipeline management and forecasting
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer success
We're looking for a high-energy leader with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. You'll need to be decisive, able to make quick decisions, and have a strong ability to execute quickly. Experience selling into high-velocity organizations and a strong understanding of the HR tech industry are a plus.
