About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Global Payroll Sales to lead our team in APAC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and scale in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and scale the Global Sales team in APAC
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Drive sales performance through pipeline management, forecasting, and coaching
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving growth and scale
  • Experience selling to multiple regions across APAC, with a strong understanding of the local market
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and drive
