Workplace Placement Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Workplace Placement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the placement of existing and new business, ensuring optimal solutions for clients.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as relevant professional qualifications and tertiary studies.

This key role involves collaborating with underwriters, practice leaders, claims personnel, and client service teams to build and maintain strong relationships. Additionally, the candidate will assist in designing, planning, and implementing effective renewal and broking strategies, supporting new business growth, and developing new products.

Key Responsibilities:
